Dr. Miranda Haefele, D. D. S.

Dr. Miranda Haefele grew up in Casper, WY graduating from Kelly Walsh High School. She then chose to pursue her passion for volleyball and played at Morningside College in Sioux City, IA while earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Business Administration. The University Of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Dentistry in Lincoln, NE is where Miranda received her Doctor of Dental Surgery. While in school, she was selected by her faculty to receive the Implant Dentistry award, Patient Management award, and the Outstanding General Dentist award during her senior year. Dr. Haefele also went on a dental mission trip to Urubamba, Peru while in school to help those in great need.
Miranda enjoys working on patients of all ages and is very kid-friendly! She is committed to providing exceptional patient care by practicing the latest techniques and procedures to comfortable and personalized dental care.
She makes it a priority to help serve children in our community that do not have access to dental care. A program she supports is the annual Give Kids A Smile event at the beginning of February. She believes it is important to be proactive with oral care by educating children on hygiene techniques and oral health.
Dr. Haefele is a member of the American Dental Association, Wyoming Dental Association, Nebraska Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. She is also serving on the Big Brothers Big Sisters Advisory Committee; as well as, being elected treasurer in the Central Wyoming Dental Society. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, golfing, traveling, Zumba, Red Hot Yoga, and cooking!
In September of 2013, Dr. Miranda married her husband, Ty Haefele. Ty was born and raised in Douglas, WY, which is just a short 50 miles to the east of Casper. Ty has been instrumental in the startup and day to day operations of 2nd Street Dental, LLC and serves as the Business Manager in addition to being a partner in his family’s cattle ranch. In 2018, Dr. Miranda and Ty welcomed their first child, Rhett, into this world. Then in 2020 another boy, Burke, was born. They also celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in 2023.
